Join us this evening for another great night of live music at Birdies, with the return of the South London Boys — a band of lifelong friends who grew up together in the same South London neighbourhood (or “Sarf London”, as they proudly say).
They made their debut at Birdies last summer and completely stole the show, so we couldn’t resist getting them back again. Expect a brilliant mix of 70s and 80s rock and blues, plus a few pop favourites thrown in for fun.
There’s no support act this time due to the size of the band and their setup time, but we’ll have music playing through our outdoor speakers to set the mood before they take the stage.
Freshly made stone-baked pizzas will be flying from our pizza trailer as usual, and the Sprinkle of Saffron food truck will be serving up delicious hot dishes. Our bar is fully stocked, and the atmosphere is always something special when the music starts.
The band has requested no support act so live music will start at 8pm but don’t worry the bar is open and both food trucks are serving from 6pm. We’ll have a playlist on our PA system while you wait.
Please note: Birdies is a fully licensed venue, so we kindly ask that no outside food or drink is consumed anywhere on the premises.
Come for the tunes, stay for the vibe — it’s going to be a brilliant night.
